SHIPPING POLICY

We know you are excited to get your new purchase,  so we get to work immediately processing your order! Because of this, we are not able to make changes to orders that have been placed, that includes changing sizes or combining shipping. Cancelations are acceptable if the item has not shipped. 

You should expect your order to ship within 3-5 business days, unless noted otherwise (pre-ordered items will have an estimated shipping date within that specific listing).

Once the shipment has been picked up by the carrier, you will receive an updated tracking number, which can be used to follow your package's journey to the destination. If your package says that it has been delivered, but you cannot find it, please give your local post office (not the 1-800 number) a call. They have access to exact GPS coordinates where your driver delivered the package, which can help you locate your package's whereabouts. REMIE GIRL under no circumstances is responsible for lost or stolen packages once there has been a delivery confirmation for that tracking number we are unable to issue a refund of any kind. 

Packages may halt movement in a distribution center and/or post office, please allow 10 additional business days for package to begin moving again.  

International Shipping: When you order merchandise from another country, you are required to pay customs to bring the item into the country, it is your country's sales tax. We cannot declare your package as a gift as it is illegal in the United States. The customer is responsible for any customs expenses.
